Cancellation Policy

**IMPORTANT** ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A 48-HOUR NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE. By booking this appointment you agree to our strict Cancellation/Refund Policy. * Same-Day Cancels: Clients are responsible for the full remaining balance of their appointment and will be charged accordingly. If I am unable to process the payment, the client will be blocked from booking until the invoice is paid. * Rescheduling/Cancels: Clients are allowed 1 rescheduled appointment. Failure to attend a rescheduled appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. A new appointment with a new deposit must be booked. Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid being charged a 30% missed appointment fee. If I am unable to process the payment, the client will be blocked from booking until the invoice is paid.  * Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive 10 minutes late will be charged a 30% late fee. At 15 minutes the appointment will be canceled and the client will be charged the full remaining balance of the appointment. If I am unable to process the payment, the client will be blocked from booking until the invoice is paid. * No Call/No Show clients will be charged in full and permanently blocked from future bookings. *Note* Service time will not be extended if you are late.
