Cancellation Policy

All services require a non-refundable deposit which is deducted from your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable, if you wish to cancel for any reason you will forfeit your deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. Refer to your confirmation email or reach out to me to cancel or reschedule. In the event that you are late, please contact me with a heads up. You are given a 10 minute grace period as I understand things happen, after 10 minutes I will have to reschedule you. No call no shows will be blocked and banned from booking again. Due to chemicals and devices used in the spa, no small children/babies are allowed at the time of your appointment.
